Training

To gain maximum benefit from any new system or operational process, personnel must be effectively trained and understand why it has been introduced, how to use it, how to get the best out of it, and how it supports their role. Fastrack believe all training must be delivered in a manner consistent with our customer's culture and operational processes.

Fastrack's training function is dedicated to the process of creating and delivering effective training. In recognition of the importance of effective training, Fastrack's Managing Director oversees Fastrack's training initiatives.

Fastrack's Training Programmes are based around guided discovery, including hands-on experience of Fastrack's solutions and their application in the real world in supporting Sales Personnel during the Sales Process. In addition to classroom training, Fastrack are committed to on-site support and coaching throughout the implementation process, supporting our clients' personnel and re-enforcing the classroom training whilst developing people's skills within their working environment.

In addition to training our clients' operational personnel, Fastrack can deliver "Train the Trainer" Programmes, enabling our customers' own personnel to deliver training as solutions roll out, and to address the training needs of new employees. If this option is selected, as part of the "Train the Trainer" programme a member of the Fastrack training team attends the initial programmes delivered by our Customers' Trainers to support the delivery and complete the transfer of knowledge.

Fastrack Showroom

To support the implementation of Fastrack Showroom, Fastrack have developed a portfolio of training programmes, segmented by job role. The segmentation and course content is reviewed with senior management of our clients prior to delivery, ensuring it meets their objectives and is delivered in a manner consistent with their Culture and Sales Process.
