The Part Exchange Appraisal
process enables identification of the true condition and equipment fitted to the vehicle in a
transparent and consumer-friendly manner. Full details are held within the system providing
visibility to the Sales Manager and other sites, enabling valuation underwrites. All Part
Exchange vehicles attached to an Order within Fastrack Showroom are visible, enabling pre-sale
prior to a vehicle entering stock. A settlement calculator is incorporated within the
Appraisal screen, enabling calculation of estimated Finance Settlements.
Fastrack Showroom integrates fully with vehicle valuation guides eliminating separate computer
systems and Guide Books. Additionally, Fastrack Showroom can hold menu price condition
adjustments to assist the Sales Manager in arriving at an accurate Part Exchange Valuation. As
damage conditions are input, the valuation is recalculated to reflect the true condition
of the vehicle.
At the stage of presenting the PX Allowance, the Sales Executive is supported by
consumer-facing allowance justification tools, assisting in the qualification and handling of
objections.
