Our consultancy services are not just focused on Fastrack's software solutions, but can provide guidance on a number of aspects of Automotive Retail including Sales Process, Finance and Insurance, Vehicle Preparation and Logistics, IT, e-commerce and Business Process Strategy and Implementation. Throughout any consultancy process Fastrack's focus is on our clients' business objectives, which to date have included identification of solutions to increase sales turnover, develop profitability, improve business processes, reduce operating costs and implement centralised vehicle preparation and distribution.

Additional information is gathered and/or established through the consultative process including measurement criteria, timeframe, budgetary constraints, project milestones, dependencies, personnel aspects and ROI criteria. Throughout, Fastrack works closely with and forms part of our client's project team, ensuring that the solutions identified and recommended meet our client's objectives.
Fastrack Showroom is more than a software solution - it needs to be seamlessly integrated into our Customers' Sales Process. To achieve these objectives, Fastrack will form a dedicated Project Team consisting of Training, Technical and Development personnel. A member of Fastrack's Board will lead the team.
Before producing a system proposal Fastrack, in consultation with our client's senior management, reviews the system requirements and implementation objectives ensuring the Success Criteria for the project are clearly defined. The required system configuration is reviewed and agreed, and any additional development requirements identified.
As well as installing the software, Fastrack works closely with our Clients to ensure that the system configuration is correct for their environment. This includes validating correct entry into the database of all essential data required to ensure ease of use of the system and to deliver the maximum business impact, including for example details of Vehicle Margins, Bonuses and Finance and Insurance products that can be sold through Showroom.
During the initial stages following implementation, Fastrack hold Weekly Project Reviews to ensure Showroom is meeting our client's objectives.
